Glad Pastor Mark got a good writeup! But that was a bit of a wakeup call on the friendliness!
We have grown so much over the past six years and we have gone through a lot of growing pains. We used to have minglers to welcome new people and it sounds like that is something that should be implemented again. I am not sure when the handshake from the greeters stopped, but as a greeter I have found that many just want to get in and are not interested in shaking hands.
I passed this report on to leadership. Thanks for the feedback.
