Clarity is required on what type of service this was. An ecumenical service is one thing; a united mass (Anglican eucharistic service) is another.
There is no shared communion according to canon law of the Roman Catholic Church. It would be quite wrong for a Catholic priest to concelebrate with clergy of other denominations.
If the Anglicans want to celebrate mass with Catholics, they are welcome to join the Ordinariate established by Pope Benedict.
