I think you should check out the statement that Bishop Wright was
the first African-American priest in the Diocese of Atlanta. I should
think that there have been at least a few for quite some time.

Thank you for pointing that out. I do reall
reading that Bishop Wright was the first African-American priest
to serve in Atlanta, but I don't recall where. Since the statement
cannot be fact-checked, I have no objection to the editors removing
it from the report.
